Rates rise with experience: intermediate (2 to 4 years) is 1.4 times the beginner rate, expert (4 to 6 years) 1.9 times and pro (6 to 8 years) 2.5 times. Prices are per person, before VAT where it applies. We confirm the exact figure in writing before you commit.

We monitor performance and stay on hand throughout.

How are the prices worked out?
Hourly rate by role, multiplied by experience level and the hours you need. Full-time is 160 hours a month and part-time is 80.
Do you charge a recruitment fee?
Ask us on the call and we will confirm exactly what applies to your role. Everything is set out in your written quote.
Can I change the hours later?
Yes. Many clients start part-time and move to full-time, or add a second assistant.
What is the minimum contract?
Two months. After that you can cancel at any time.
What if I need a team?

Is VAT added?
Pricing is shown before VAT where it applies. We confirm this in your quote.
